A power outage is rarely just a power outage. As electricity, telecommunications, transport, payment systems, healthcare access and household safety are affected, a local disruption can quickly become a complex community crisis.

In this live, interactive simulation, participants will step into a rapidly evolving scenario in which a major infrastructure failure leaves a suburb without power. New information, competing priorities and escalating consequences will test how leaders identify vulnerable people, coordinate across organisations, communicate with the public and make decisions under pressure.
